Our standard
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA. We test with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, automated tools (axe-core, Lighthouse), and follow the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards.
What we do
- Semantic HTML and clear page structure
- Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element
- Colour contrast verified at WCAG AA minimum
- Honouring prefers-reduced-motion — every non-essential animation can be disabled
- Meaningful alt text on every image; decorative images marked as such
- Forms with associated labels and error messages announced via aria-live
- Skip-to-content link at the top of every page
Booking sessions accessibly
If a feature on this site or in our intake process is not accessible to you, please reach out — we will accommodate. Sessions can be arranged by phone, email, or accessible video platform; intake paperwork can be provided in alternate formats on request.
